A total number of 15 students from B.Sc. Microbiology and Environmental Science, Balkumari College had participated in 13 days online short course program entitled “Greener Approaches to Environmental Aspects”. The program was jointly organized by different departments- Physics, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science and IQAC of S.I.W.S College, Wadala, Mumbai.

Mr Jagadishwar Khanal, Principal of Balkumari College was invited as Chief Guest for the program and Mr Anup Muni Bajracharya as a Special Invitee for the program. The program was chaired by Prof. Dr. Usha Iyer, Principal S.I.W.S College, Wadala, Mumbai.

Alaka Acharya, a student from B.Sc Microbiology first year had put forward her feedback words.

Chief Guest,  Mr Jagadishwar Khanal has highlighted the importance of online courses during the Pandemic COVID crisis and express the gratitude to Principal S.I.W.S College for providing opportunity to students of Balkumari College and wish for the mutual long term relationship.

Mr Anup Muni Bajracharya expressed earnest thanks to the organizing team and whole faculty members for providing the platform to Balkumarian students to acquired knowledge through the e- learning methods. He humbly requested for such learning program in future endeavor too.
